Do prices include VAT?


Yes, all our prices include the legal VAT tax, unless specified otherwise.

Do prices include shipping costs?


The price mentioned below each item does not include any transportation or shipping costs. The shipping cost is calculated according to your zip code and the volume of your order, once you proceed to check out and submit your order, and before final confirmation.

I want to place an order, but the item I want appears to be sold out.


We make sure to keep our stock well updated for all our products. However, if the product you want to order appears to be sold out, do not hesitate to contact us for more information on availability. We will inform you on when that product will be back in the shop and help you place your order.

How do I know that my order has been submitted successfully?


After you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details for your order at the email address you have provided us with when creating your account.

Which payment methods do you offer?


In order to facilitate your purchases and serve better those who wish to make purchases through cacarishop.com, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.


At  www.cacarishop.com  we also accept direct payment in cash upon delivery of your order.


This payment option is available only for orders delivered in Greece and has an extra cost of 3 euros per order.


Are my transactions secure?


Our www.cacarishop.com website uses a secure server protocol so that your transactions may be safe and secure with us. Thus, your personal details, credit card number, name, and address are encrypted, so that they may not be tampered with during transfer.


DELIVERY & RETURNS


How will my order be delivered?


For shipments within Greece, our company collaborates with the ACS Courier Services. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


When will my order be delivered?


Delivery times are always subject to availability, as many of the products featured on our website are made to order. Please check the disclaimer on your favorite product’s page for more info on availability and shipping. Delivery is available every day of the week except Sundays and official holidays. There is no delivery service on Sundays and on official Greek holidays.

What are the shipping costs?


The price mentioned below each item does not include any transportation or shipping costs. The shipping cost is calculated according to your zip code and the volume of your order, once you proceed to check out and submit your order, and before final confirmation.

I have changed my mind regarding my order and I would like to return the product.


If you have changed your mind about an order you have already received and want to return it, you have 15 working days to do so, counting from the same day you received your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges for returning a product are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will only accept returns of products with their initial packaging intact (any seals, celophan, shrink wrap unopened and intact) and in their original condition in which they have been delivered, without any kind of deterioration. All returned items undergo inspection. Any item(s) found ineligible is/are returned to you.


In order for us to initiate the return process for your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email, and we will send you our Return Form.


You have to fill in the return form and send it to us together with the product you want to return at:

Customers take full responsibility for the safe shipping of the package they are returning.  We recommend you send registered or by a professional courier service. Cacarishop cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. We may refund you the products after they are sent back to us (at your own expenses) within 15 days. After we receive the goods and check their conditions, we will refund you via the payment method you chose for original purchase. If you originally paid via cash upon delivery, you will need to provide us with your bank account details in order for our team to complete your refund.

The product I received is not the one I ordered, it is faulty or has suffered damage during delivery transport.

Here at Cacarishop, we work very hard to avoid mistakes and ensure that all our products reach you in excellent conditions.

Nevertheless, if you receive a faulty product, a product damaged during delivery transport or simply there has been some mistake and this is just not what you ordered, you have the right to return or change this product within 10 working days from the day you received your order.

In the cases mentioned above (faulty, damaged or mistaken product) Cacarishop will pay the shipping charges for returning the product, excluding however any cost resulting from payment upon delivery, which is non-refundable.

We will be happy to amend any mistakes!

If you do not wish us to replace the faulty product, we will be able to refund your money within 15 days, depending on the method of payment you have used.


Please note that any costs resulting from payment upon delivery are non-refundable.
