REFUNDS

The return period by law is 14 days after the date of purchase.

In our company you have the right (by law) to return the products you bought within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case you want to return a product (withdrawal) you will be charged only with the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience, it is good to check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to detect obvious defects (eg broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns are only accepted when the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being opened or their packaging tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

Returns are accepted only if, with proven fault of our company, you received the wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.). The products must be in the same condition in which you received them without being unsealed or unopened, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Refunds are made through a bank account. To avoid inconvenience, check your products carefully when delivering the order for any defects.

Please note that the photos are indicative and may differ from the actual product. You must inform us of your desire to return products. Please note that stock products are NOT returned.
